Game Thread tOSU at Iowa, Sat Nov 20, 3:30 ET, ABC/ESPN

I am afraid that if Terrelle Pryor cannot get his head into this game and play to his potential, then it will be exceptionally hard to come back.

I am very surprised by the anemic output on offense. The guys just don't seem to be able to get anything going, except on the one drive.

Not sure what happened to our entire team? Offense is struggling to get a first down, let alone a TD. Defense is giving up too much yardage ground and air.

17-10 trailing in the fourth in Kinnick - not good....
Not sure what game you're watching...Iowa has 263 yards a few minutes into the 4th. Defense is doing their job. Offense is another story.

Defense has given up 263 yards so far. That's not much against a solid team.

Stats look pretty similar for both sides, but our 2 turnovers have been costly. One killed a potential scoring drive, and we just saw the other. :(

Still time to do something about it. Need a big return here.

You just have to wonder why the game has not slowed down for TP the way it should have after 3 years as a starter. It's just one of those things where you wonder why the light bulb hasnt went off for him.

This is why so many coaches kids get recruited to play QB at major schools.

2 awful playcalls lead to a 3rd and long and Terrelle forces it downfield.

I'd say it's about 100% this year that if we get zero yardage on first down its a run on second down. It's just such an awful series of play-calling all game. So frustrating.

Hopefully being down 7 opens up the playbook a little bit and doesn't force us into 3rd and long too much. What happened to this offense? Goes from being pretty solid early this year to JT having no confidence in it and Terrelle just losing all confidence as well. We play offense like a bend but don't break defense. No aggressiveness, hardly attacking, comfortable with playing a close game with our opponents. This team is too talented to force Terrelle into tip-toe option reads and Quarterback draws every 1st and goal. It's sooo frustrating...

This is usually the part where I point out that the offense works better when it goes through Herron rather than Pryor. Iowa's defense is too good for that to work though. Pryor has to take over this game with decision-making and execution to bring his team back.
