Why burn a timeout when you could set up a 4th down play just to come back and take the wimpy FG?? This team's had problems in the red zone for the past few years and 3 points is NOT what you get there for.

Now about the declined delay of game penalty, what would happen if you keep running the play clock out and the other team keeps declining the penalty? Would the game just last forever?
