Is Braxton trying to throw faster balls? Seems he is putting more on these longer throws than he needs to. A little more loft and its an even easier catch.

More loft and Smith would have ran out of room. That throw defined perfect.

We needed it against MSU and Cal or the Buckeyes would not have won either game. He did just fine then.

It would be nice if he were more consistent.

That's not true at all. He actually HAS caught it when it is absolutely needed. Other times, ehhhhh...

That catch was too easy for Devin, should have thrown it higher and make him go one handed again.

I guess, and maybe that's why it seemed to come out of his hand so hard. But the last few long throws it seems he's tried to put a little more zip on them (that really big over-throw especially). I don't mind it, just thinking out loud (and I'm probably wrong anyway).
