Game Thread tOSU at Illinois, Oct 15th, 3:30 ET, ABC/EPSN

A number of pass plays were called but just not executed well...

Hopefully the coaches and players can get on the same page and have a
productive 2nd half on Offense.

In the mean time, THANK YOU BEN BUCHANAN and THANK YOU DEFENSE!!

Let's take over this 2nd half men!!

I have to think the wind is really effecting the passes; Illinois is only 6-12 with only a 3.8 yards per catch. And Illinois can actually pass the ball.

Stop it. Facts are not allowed.

If they threw some short passing plays in there the wind might not be such a problem...

If they had a QB who was accurate enough and seeing the plays well enough to throw the short passing game, I'd be with you.

Brax isn't there yet. And he throws missiles on short passes too. Not the greatest combination.

It'll come with time and practice but it's not there yet.

And a lot of that came on one play.

Nevermind - it's clearly the COACHES fault and we need to post repeatedly our disgust for developing QBs over and over and over and over and over....

It's not that I expect OSU to even have a decent passing game, I just think that they should be running some short passes to open up the running game. I'm fine with running 90% of the time, but the passes they play are just poor choices or poorly designed.

And trust me, I am pumped about the lead, just feel they will have to change some things to win this game. Tough environment, Go B-ROOOOOOBBBBBBBBYYYYYYYYY INT! :oh:
