This offense we are playing against is highly rated and has been while the guy was agt la tech. In saying that though poor tackling and many dropped ints and penalties later you will have what you saw tonivht. Despite that I saw a defense that played hard and espdcially up front shows us how good we can be.

The Buckeyes scored 52 points and won by 18, 3000 miles from home against a PAC 12 school. Whether or not that is "impressive" enough for the assclown voters doesn't mean a fucking thing to me.

This was a great opportunity for our young defense. There were some good moments but still a long way to go. Giving up 503 yards to an offense led by a true freshman QB isn't good.

Chris Carter is going to be a big (no pun intended) factor on the dline in the 2nd half of the season. Likewise for Steve Miller. If these players keep progressing at this rate - it'll be the 2009 dline all over again.
