This answer just goes to show how much you DON'T know about Arizona. No one from ASU or the Phoenix area roots for UofA/Tucson in anything!

Tucson despises ASU. UofA fans or people from Tucson don't root for ASU in football and no one roots for UofA basketball unless they are playing for a national championship and then I would maybe like to see UofA win just because they are from Arizona - but otherwise they can lose every game and I would be happy.

When you go to Arizona sporting events, it's more about the social aspect of going than the bleed for your team aspect. Whoever is winning is who is "popular"
