tOSU 73 vs N Carolina 77 (in NYC)

As bad as the shooting was and as awful as the refs called the game, they hung in there 'til the end with the defending national champs. Could've been much, much worse. These kids are going to give us some thrills again this year.

Frustrating to see the team working hard but the shots aren't falling. Good thing basketball isn't like football and this team has many more opportunities to prove they are a good team.

One positive is the free throw shooting has been much better the second half.

Starting with a date tomorrow against Cal. We're not taking two Ls in the big apple. But the Bucks are really going to kick themselves over that first half. Solid effort, just not their night outside, thus prompting Evan to take on multiple guys (resulting in multiple tos). Man if only we had a couple of UNC's reserve big men.

Vitale expressing sympathy for the Speilman family. He may be an unbearable commentator, but he's a class act.

For sure. He's obnoxious as shit for long stretches and is more than a little bit biased, but his passion for the game is undeniable and I've never heard much of anything bad about him, outside the Funderburke deal.

Damn....Lauderdale with the steal with a chance to get it to 6 and it's stolen right back and upto 10.

2 FT

DOWN TO 5!!!!!!

Still fighting til the end...that's a very good thing.

If nothing else, this game shows that when the shots actually fall, this is a very good team. Buford needs to learn to shake it off when his shots aren't falling. His body language much of the night has been awful.

Love the way our team is fighting all the way to the end when they could've quit, earlier. Probably too little, too late but they've got to be regaining confidence after a rough start.
