Mullens is playing in the middle down low in a 2 - 3 zone. All of you putting the blame on the breakdowns around the corner of the 3-point line on him are wrong.

Were you watching the play that I was referencing. He was guarding the man 5 feet away and when the pass went to the corner, he was supposed to follow it. He reacted slowly getting to him and didn't get his hands up at all.

ET with another tough finish [no foul]

And he's not in the middle of the back line. There are 3 out top and 2 on the baseline. The corner IS his responsibility.

Come on Bucks! Let's get hot, fellas!

it isn't a 2-3 zone, it is a match-up zone. On rotations, Mullens needs to get to the corner until help recovers to the corner...

Which one? On the last 3 by Purdue, Mullens came way out on the perimeter to guard someone, who then passed to a wide open teammate in the corner - Mullens did get to him as fast as he could and did put a hand up.

The breakdowns are happening before Mullens. Diebler and Hill have been out of position more than Mullens.
