Every shot near the basket the Minny player establishes position but doesn't place their arm straight up and down, but at a 45 degree angle. When the offensive player goes up for a shot (D. Thomas and Sully) it should be a Minny foul. Iverson is the worst at it but the refs are not calling it....:(
