The defensive efficiency will not change because Iowa only shot 44% from the floor last night. One of the problems was our defensive rebounding and the high number of turnovers. I thought about Craft playing on the road for the second time and he struggled a little bit at Indiana but more so last night. Lighty also had 5 turnovers and Craft 4. So we had a senior and a freshman leaving us in turnovers:(MaxBuck;1850424; said:Teams can always improve, of course. But given that the Buckeyes remain the top team in the nation from a defensive-efficiency standpoint, calls that they "need to get better on defense" seem strange. Their defense is typically otherworldly; the past two games it's been very good but human.
Big part of our struggles last night IMO was poor play (per the standard he's set) by Aaron Craft. Careless passes, lack of awareness on D. For once, he played almost like a freshman.![]()
