Zemb, which versions of these games are you trying to download? The DVD or the divx versions?

I think it's awesome we got people from all over the world downloading these games. A Buckeye needs his football fix, regardless of where he or she might be on this planet! I finished tweaking my server over the weekend, and I'll have the games uploading tonight.

Well, i'm trying to download them in DVD when available (Timbuc version) or on DIVX. I will upload the basketball game vs Florida as soon as tomorrow (for those who were interested).
I would be very interested in the Fiesta Bowl from 2002 i think (the one against Miami wich ended in doubles OT).
Thanks for the help ; i'm of course seeding the games while i'm downloading them and after in case some one else would be interested in those games.

Can anyone seed these 2006 games in DVD format:
GAME 6: Bowling Green vs. Ohio State
GAME 8: Indiana vs. Ohio State
GAME 9: Minnesota vs. Ohio State
GAME 11: Ohio State vs. Northwestern

I thought I had burned the whole season onto to DVDs and erased them from my hard drive, but found out later I did not have copies of these games in my DVD collection. I would appreciate it very much. Thanks.:osu:

Help with torrent dl speed

I know just enough about this stuff to break things, so any help is appreciated....

Trying to use torrent to dl Wii games. Went through all the steps and finally got the green checkmark that says connections are all open and good, but my dl speeds are staying between 10-20kbs and eta for dl complete is 3 days. My seeds and peers are 8 and 25 respectively (though changing and at times growing). What am I missing or is this to be expected for these types of dl's? Other forums indicate 12-15 hrs should be about the right amount of time.

which version of azureus are you using, what is the speed of your computer , how much memory do you have?. tell us more about the setup you are using.

lol...sorry about that.

I have no idea what azearus is, let alone what version I'm running...how do I check that?

Running the dl on a dell dim4600 desktop, 2.4GHz pent 4, 2.0GB RAM
destktop is connect to a wireless router (netgear WGT634v4) with a MA111 usb adapter (this is a b version isn't it? I'm betting this is a problem as the speed is limited to 11Mps??). My laptops connect much higher (30-50 usually).

you have enough computer so go here and follow the directions to download java and azureous 3. make sure you download and install the java before you download azureus. once you have those downloaded (make sure you get rid of any other torrent porgarm you have now ). azureous will be your default torrent program and follow your nose . your speed should be fine then.

This is going to seem like an absolutely stupid question, but how the heck do I play these games once I download them? I have a couple games, the HBO documentary, etc, already downloaded, but I cant figure out how to play them. Most of them have a VIDEO_TS folder, with several files inside that folder (VOP, BUP, IFO extensions).

I've read where some people burn them to DVD's, however I dont have a DVD burner. Am I out of luck, or is there another way to play them without burning? Or should I go out and buy a DVD burner?

Sorry... Im still a bit of a rookie at this stuff
