Penn State is lame. The girls are subpar and there's no house parties. There's not even houses. Although the bar called Rathskuller is like Notal's Too on steroids. It's huge and you stick to everything in that place; I love it.

I also believe that PSU has had their High Life Privileges revoked after the beer can episode.

Any list that does not include Wiscy, Chico State or Colorado is absolutely worthless.

And also, man, talk about East Coast bias.

I mean i'm an east coast guy, but there's no way you can't tell me any of those California schools, Arizona State, or anything else west of SEC country doesn't crack the top 10.

Look at their criteria and you'll understand how farcical it is: Percent Female, Average SAT, # pics uploaded to CH, Percent Greek, Bar Closing Time, Freshman Retention Rate, Percent Commuters, Cute College Girls on CH, Billboard Peak, Closest Taco Bell, Average Temperature in February, Stadium Capacity. Some of those are accidentally asinine, others are purposely.

I can personally attest to Wisconsin. Anybody skeptical from the outside, about how easy the girls are at Wisconsin, you must never have watched Spring Break Undercover. Half those drunk sluts went to UW.
