Too noisy, not fair?

I wasn't whining, I was just commenting on the subject. You know, I'm allowed to do that.

I feel that there should be limited control over the crowd noise. By that I mean, yelling and the use of hands to make noise is okay. But cow bells, thundersticks, and air horns should not be allowed.
