Looks like a heck of a football player. I wonder if they plan to two because Baugh might not be back or just covering themselves if he messes up in the future.

I think they will take two because they took none in the 2014 class. Heuerman will be a senior, Vannett will be a redshirt junior and [forgotten man] Blake Thomas will be a redshirt sophomore. JT Moore is the other wildcard and he might not be back next year according to some rumor mills. So by the time any 2015 TEs hit the campus there will only be three scholarship TEs on the roster (Vannett, Thomas, Baugh) and one of them will be a senior (Vannett). I think they will want two in 2015 the way they took two in 2011. After that I think you will ideally see them take one each year if possible.

Medical Redshirt for Blake.

I thought Blake Thomas stopped playing football due to injuries...

Gotcha, does make sense, this kid is a very natural pass catcher but I loved the down block on the run play where he took the kid all the way acroos the line from tackle to tackle and just burried the him.

Free Scout - South Recruiting Notebook

Oregon offered Sunday. North Carolina and South Carolina offered last week and Jackson Harris has over 30 scholarship offers.

The 6-5, 240 pound junior out of Columbia (Tenn.) Central is still picking up offers on a regular basis, but he has started to cut his list down.

He has started to tell schools that he is not interested. Harris hasn't released a list of schools he is still considering yet, but he is slowly getting it down to a manageable number.

The four-star has made plenty of visits. Alabama had him on campus March 1 and he has spent time at Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Northwestern, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, and others as well.

Harris is an early enrollee and he wants to make a decision as early as possible. He is looking for an offense that uses the tight end. He has great size and he is an outstanding blocker, but he wants to be used in the passing game as well.
