You know, I gotta get something off my chest...I hate this "resting" your starters at the end of the year bullshit. It's one thing if it is a totally meaningless game and the outcome means nothing either way, but when you have 2 teams whose whole season is riding on the goddamn game, you should give your fucking best. Fucking bush-league in my opinion.

While I agree to some extent if the browns were in the playoffs and they played the starters week 17. What would you think if Braylon, Winslow, Anderson, etc gets hurt what would you say? The Browns should have won last week and they wouldn't be in this position. I feel sorry for ya but Titans are in the playoffs(more than likely)!!!

If they were playing a game that was still meaningful in the league, I wouldn't say shit. Like I said, it's my opinion.

I absolutely agree, but the point is that this game is still very meaningful to two teams.

I feel sorry for ya but Titans are in the playoffs!!!
Weird, the game is still on here in Colorado...

I would really like to see the Browns in the playoffs, but I gotta tell you that the Colts need to be healthy at all positions come the time when they go into New England during the AFC Championship game so they kick the Patriots....I can't fault Dungy for this at all...

While I respect yours IMO it would be selfish to fault Dungy for not playing his key players.

It is also meaningful to the Colts' playoff games

Indy played very tough to put themselves in the position that they are now. Indy has been hit with a disgusting amount of injuries this season, if they want to rest their starters its their choice IMO. It is frustrating for Browns fans i'm sure, but this kind of stuff has been happening the past few years you can't count on the 'norm' during week 17.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you but are you saying the Colts should play their starters because the Browns' and Titans' season rides on this game? Why should they give a shit?
