The bike portion was not bad (the time was worse than it felt), but the run just killed me like always. As soon as I got off the bike for the T2 (bike to run) transition, I knew my legs weren't going to cooperate. Anyone who has run any significant distance race and has "bonked" knows what I mean. No matter how much I forced my legs to run they just did not want to comply. Took me 1:24:34 to "run" 6 miles...oh well, got my Finishers T-shirt.![]()

The worst thing about running that I have found in my experience is that if you don't do it year round you'll lose the base.
