Sad to say, I think Tiger wins this one. He seems to be focused and playing well and I don't see the Big Easy or McDowell outplaying him today. I hope I'm wrong.

I'm rooting for Tiger to win because it will help energize the Tour. At this point, Tiger, Rory and Phil are the entities that are generating enthusiasm among casual fans. And if the PGA Tour can't draw casual fans, revenue will drop like a stone.
I also think Tiger is good for amateur golf in that his presence encourages more duffers to come out to the course. Though I can't prove that.

Let me take a few seconds from enjoying my own private island to say how much I appreciate Tiger as well...

Jake;2133093; said:Yeah, I just love having "more duffers" hitting the course. It has made playing a round so much more fun to have morons driving across your fairway when you're addressing your ball, spending 20 minutes looking for their ball while groups back up behind them, trying to putt on greens with their unrepaired ball marks, and having your ball land in their foot print in a bunker because they're too stupid to understand why there's a rake there (or too inconsiderate to use it).
I don't have the talent of Tiger Woods but I have the good sense to learn basic golf etiquette before making a nuisance of myself on the local courses. Tiger's popularity brought a group to the course with no such knowledge, and worst of all, no desire to learn it.
