Today is her 1st day of High School.

Jesus Christ. I've oldened.

Joined this site 6 years before she was born.

Time and change will surely show...
my daughter is a college sophomore/junior (she got ALMOST a year of college done while in HS, so she starts her 2nd year on campus one class away from a junior)

my son is a sophomore in HS

its crazy how fast it has gone

Just dropped off the first kid at Xavier University yesterday. Still have a high school junior at home.

I shared with her a "special" Xavier memory. Years ago, when my wife was pregnant with her we got a 3rd trimester ultrasound. All was well (although she was breach and ended up having to get a C-section) and afterwards me and the wife went to BW-3 to watch an NCAA tournament game.

It was Xavier against tOSU. 2007. Love seeing old highlights of the game especially as it was at Rupp which is where I have basically lived for the last 15 years.

When I joined I had a 7 year old, she's now 28, and a 2 year old, he's now 23. I was married to someone who I've now been divorced from for 13 years.... I've been remarried now for 10. My oldest stepson will turn 21 in a couple weeks and my youngest step son is 19 now.

Aging sure is better than the alternative, but man, it's not for the faint of heart.

When I joined, I didn't even know I had a kid on the way yet. She's now graduated High School and in college plus working full time. The boy came along a little short of 4 years later and he's a sophomore. Time sure does fly.

for the record, my knees were shot from wrestling and being in the Army in my 20s. Since then it's been my knees plus my left hip (fall at work), back (Army injury) and now left shoulder (baseball and being clumsy) @BUCKYLE
