No offense to some of the lawyers on this board, but reading the article where that fucktard was saying that he was defending himself thorugh his lawyer honestly made my skin crawl. Seriously, all of the witnesses so far have stated it was a sucker punch, and I have yet to read one witness say otherwise.

How in the hell do people defend cretins like this? :shake:

You can't be convicted until you have a trial. You can't have a trial until you have competent :cough: :cough: defense counsel.

Simply helping the system go forward by allowing the prosecutor to finally prove his case helps get the asshole in jail. We want the procedure to be honored for the system to work. That is why they have trials. If all of the witness and familiy testimony supports the sucker punch version, then having a short trial is an easy thing to do, and to represent a crook is no biggy if due process allows us to throw their (Gray's) sorry asses in jail with a conviction.

Oh, I realize everyone has the right to be defended, and know the process will (hopefully) work to that effect.

I just can't see how you guys do it sometimes. I wouldn't be able to do it, and is the reason why I never became an attorney. :biggrin:
