The symbol of the dragon represents spiraling DNA, the path into greater enlightenment.
The Celestial Chinese Dragon is comparable as the symbol of the Chinese race itself. Chinese around the world, proudly proclaim themselves "Lung Tik Chuan Ren" (Descendents of the Dragon). Dragons are referred to as the divine mythical creature that brings with it ultimate abundance, prosperity and good fortune.
As the emblem of the Emperor and the Imperial command, the legend of the Chinese Dragon permeates the ancient Chinese civilization and shaped their culture until today. Its benevolence signifies greatness, goodness and blessings.
The Chinese Dragon, or Lung , symbolizes power and excellence, valiancy and boldness, heroism and perseverance, nobility and divinity. A dragon overcomes obstacles until success is his. He is energetic, decisive, optimistic, intelligent and ambitious. Unlike the negative energies associated with Western Dragons, most Eastern Dragons are beautiful, friendly, and wise. They are the angels of the Orient. Instead of being hated, they are loved and worshipped. Temples and shrines have been built to honor them, for they control the rain, rivers, lakes, and seas.

May I introduce my first contribution to the Squadron, Major Major Major Major. She is remarkable only in that she's is distinctly unremarkable.



My newest members:

Private Fussy Britches. She is rather finicky and is teetering right on the edge of anti-social. We can be 100% certain that when it is time for war to be waged, she will be firmly entrenched in the back of her cave, nervously nibbling on her reserves of decaying vegetable matter.

Admiral Bitchcakes. Her abrasive personality will make her slightly less popular among her comrades than Mike Hart was among his, but in aquatic-warfare, she is quite intimidating. Her mother was equally adept at wreaking havoc in the seas and was personally responsible for the sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald on November 10, 1975. In fact, Admiral Bitchcakes' main goal in life is to hunt down Gordon Lightfoot and slaughter him for having the audacity to suggest that the tragedy was a result of natural causes. Godspeed, Gordo, for the witch of November is coming for you.

Colonel Audrey II Sanders. A vicious, nasty beast with an overwhelming taste for human blood and an equally consuming desire to kill, quarter, and fry chickens in a tasty blend of eleven ultra-top-secret spices. She was fed droplets of human blood as a young dragonlet and her appetite has grown terrifyingly as she has matured. The taste for human blood is nearly insatiable within her now and she will do anything in her power to lure victims near her nest. Approach Col. Audrey II Sanders at your own peril.

Actually, he won't breed with anyone. I think he might be gay. Wouldn't be too surprising, he's a dandy from an Antebellum style Southern dragon cave run by a very domineering clan mistress.
