I never liked the regional cover idea. It seems to me that there is something special in the sporting world about being on the cover of SI. To me, the regional cover idea just dilutes the meaning. We're #1, so we should be the only ones on the cover. Edit: I'm not just saying this b/c we're #1--I think whoever's #1 should be on the cover throughout the nation.
