So, it was a delayed thing with the Scout/247 merger, but it looks like Scout's board for OSU basketball, The Schott, is finally gone. For a long while it was definitely the best forum for discussing the basketball program, but had started to drift off into less and less activity and irrelevance over the past couple years.

As a long-time regular of The Schott forum, I am curious who else here used to post there? I know DZ and wigmon from there, wasn't sure about who else. And also if anyone comes over here now due to The Schott's shuttering, hello, old friends! And OgdenBuckeye!
 
I have no idea what the first post in this forum is about and I have no idea about the title of this thread.

Having said that, it is a terrible idea to put a basketball floor over a one used for ice hockey. Speaking of ways to ruin a basketball season for a team all you have to do is look at last night when Wesson slipped and almost injured his knee. That is the type of situation that I do not want to see even if it is a player on another team. Need to go back to St. John
