The Ohio State at Penn State, Dec 5th, 7:30 ET, BTN

PSU coach at the post-game presser just said that if you would have told him that Liddell and Key would have been held to 18 points total, he would have thought they would have won - that the 3-point shooting was the difference today. Says Liddell is an All-American, and you have to pick your poison with Ohio State. That we did a good job passing out of double teams and knocking down shots.

Don't know who also watched it but the post game interviews were pretty enlightening especially coming from the PSU coach, whom I have to say is the best coach from a likability standpoint PSU has ever had.

Teams openly state "EJ is an All-American. Got to get him out of the game," re: foul trouble. Also, "start attacking him defensively from 17 feet, not in the paint. It's too late then." Buckeyes made them let EJ get into the paint by shooting the lights out and stressing them. Then EJ got going.

Ohio State is a "great shotblocking team." Doesnt really feel like that but I guess it's true.

Some other stuff he said about his team, effort and community. Good stuff.

I think it's more EJ has turned into a great shot blocker. He seems to get 4 a night or so.

yeah, been amused at watching Meechie repetitively fall for up fakes on the perimeter and get beat off the dribble multiple times this season. Challenge shots..... yes, leave your feet on the perimeter...... not so much.

Finally got to watch this. I know this won't come as a surprise, but PSU is seriously the most classless, garbage fanbase I've ever seen. In every sport. Fuck them at every level and I mean that with every fiber of my being. Their basketball fans are as clueless and classless as their football and wrestling fans. I do not say that lightly.

Edit: Their fans are petty and I have zero respect for them. Yes, I came back in to say that because they're seriously bitches.

The Penn State cult is definitely the worst college fan base in the country. Actually I'm kind of surprised that they are even capable of spelling that word correctly.....

That's what I mean, if our fan base does anything remotely similar to that I would be ashamed. It's one thing to have a minority of fans be asshats. It's another when it's literally the whole crowd. Even for the Pedsters that's shameful. Glad Wheeler played well and shut them up.
