THE GAME: ttun @ tOSU, Sat Nov 26, 12pm, FOX

[
I think you have to look at Ryan Days offense and realize how important Justin Fields was in his success. You need a QB who is not afraid to get the yards with his feet. That’s sorely lacking in this off.
It is kind of weird how Day was hired to run Urban’s offense and then the QB run disappeared from the playbook when Day took over.

Growing up through the Cooper Era and overall Cleveland sports fan. I'm basically almost over it. Kinda

Same. Tress and Urban almost got me to the point where I expected a win in THE GAME but I’m regressing big time under Day. OSU is probably never going to win another football game ever.

So what if they do - I won't be watching.

So what if they do? I'll tell you...

We're upon a truly special, momentous occasion..... Alabama and Nick Saban probably won't be watching either.

From the sidelines. Or anywhere else.

No Clempson or Alabama in the CFP? Perhaps only 1 team ever been there before? I see that as progress.

Or at least a chance to see UGA run it up TTUNs ass.

Day has some similarities to Kevin Stefanski - trying to prove how smart you are and sometimes overlooking the obvious decisions. Keeping it simple is often the best choice. The bubble screens and pitches were not very successful this year due to our lack of WR/TE blocking, but we kept on it a bit more than we should have when we had success in other areas.
For ten years this team has been led by offense first coaches. Last year was the epitome of an offense first type team. Knowles improved the situation, but this was still a we-can-score-more-points-than-you team. Go to Pasadena, beat upon USC. Work and recruit defense for a year.

I hear you, but have to disagree. Day doesn't resonate toughness, and teams reflect their HC.
As much as I respect the emphasis on mental health and the love each other stuff, in the end this is football, and you have to be a terrorist.

Saban and Meyer are assholes, but there is/was no feel good stuff going on in their programs.

It's just destroy or get out.
