Indiana isn't beating OSU this year no matter how many times they play. Pinnix is out and the second half let up fairy likely isn't going to make another visit.

Remember Jack Coan running and flexing in the B1G CCG last year and how it ended. It wasn't white boy day then and it won't be any day OSU plays IU in football.

IU is a nice little feel good story but be careful not to poke the bear too much.

Yep. Give us IU and as for them having covid issues? Well so have we.

I have to say their blitz vs our back up OL doesnt exactly thrill me but then again they dont have Penix either.

If it's the only way to the championship game and the playoffs then sign us up.

It took the 3rd best passing performance EVER vs Ohio State for them to come back from 35 to 7 to still lose the game.

As you say IU would not beat Ohio State if they play again.

Well, the B1G Ad's are supposed to meet tomorrow. We'll see how they manage to screw this up. I have heard quite a few intelligent, doable ideas on here from our fellow BP posters as far as switching the schedules around to help OSU get to 6 games. I understand how this may look to the outside world, but the conference has an obligation to help advance its best team. I just wonder what their end-game goal is with what they ultimately decide. The pessimistic view during all this makes me thinks it will not be a favorable resolution for my Buckeyes whatever they decide...... bc the B1G has screwed everything else up along the way.

It shouldn't be difficult to get around an arbitrary rule established in September:

"This year has been about adapting, and we've been doing that all season. In light of the facts at hand we are not going to prevent our only undefeated team from playing in the title game, simply because two of their opponents were unable to play."

But that's far too simple for the big brains running the B1G.

If they end up whacking Harbaugh, I'll give them a possible benefit of the doubt that this is legit. If, however, Harbaugh gets his mini-extension then all signs point to this being a total bullshit, duck-and-cover by them to avoid either getting Day's hundred hung on them right after the contract announcement or having to go out next week and announce it right after Day's hanging of the hundred.
