My earliest memories as a child revolve around The Game. It was a topic of conversations between my father and his friends at the barbershop, church, and in the neighborhood. I will sit watching the African sun set as The Game begins and stare into the darkness when it is over. Decades removed from my culture and people, I will come together with them all over the world to observe this ritual.

My first edition of The Game was Woody's first National Championship year and I have lived long enough to know what to expect.

No matter what anyone says, no game--not a bowl game, not a national championship game--is more important to Ohio State fans than The Game. This year, Ohio State has a monumental opportunity to inflict a historic defeat on the Wolverines and I think they will, but I am prepared to see The Game decided on the final play. In The Game, prior records no longer count. Forget Ohio State's winning streak or the pathetic performances of the Wolverines. This one is different and it brings out the best in both teams.

That is what this game is about and why it is such an important part of our culture.

TTUN IS what Notre Dame would be if they had the balls to join the conference. They are on par with Sparty and Iowa. Mediocre. And that's all they'll ever be from here on out with the shit show they have for leadership. It's not even a destination job any more as far as coaching goes. Their coaching and administration is a joke, and that is well represented by the clown show they put on the field on a week in week out basis. Fuck these asshats. I might take em seriously IF they manage to put a competitive product on the field in the next decade.

1. For some unknown reason, tSUN has not lost most of their games this season by that much. The exception is against MSU.

2. Cooper lost so many times when a loss was unthinkable, that I do not take anything for granted.

3. I am really hoping we empty the stadium quickly so that we can impress their recruits.

Stadium should at least stay 70% full as I believe there will be more Buckeye fans there than shitheads. It is our home away from home over the last decade. :pimp::jt::urban1::hoke::urban2:
