Just to help with some more perspective on this 1969 team bullshit;

The '69 tsun team had

• 2 first team AA's
  
• 7 1st team All B1G players
• 13 players who ended up in the NFL
• 4 college HOF inductees
• Bo Schembechler for a coach
• Reggie McKenzie and Dan Dierdorf (may he be sodomized in hell) were two of the premier NFL offensive linemen of their era.

Point being there was some significant talent on that '69 scUM team that had been underperforming and was a perfect situation for a first year coach like Bo.

Other than The Game being held in AA and scUM being a huge underdog to a powerful OSU team there really is nothing else to this 1969 stuff. The 2013 tsun team has no where near the same level of talent or coaching. Not even in the same zip code.

I agree with this. They will have to play the best game of their season to make It close. We have to be careful
not to turn the ball over (interceptions and fumbles and no punt returns) if we want to win this one. This will be
the 2 toughest weeks of our season.
