I was one of the biggest McCord detractors going into the year, but he's certainly at least a 'good' QB. Is he Ohio State starting QB caliber? No, but that's nothing new. If you're a pocket passer only at OSU, you have to be elite like a Haskins or a Stroud.

Hairball builds his team from the inside out - the lines. Day builds his team around wide receivers. It doesn't match up with these guys.

Well it appears that building the lines is the better strategy. Look back at the 2014 line we had, that was one of the main things that had us there every game.
