That was definitely how it was. I had commented from the game that the crowd had got deflated in the second qtr., but the TD right before half and to start 3rd really fired everyone back up for rest of the game. I did think after the game the game the crowd on the street was subdued. Maybe we are getting used to beating them or the JT injury?

I think the JT injury had a lot to do with it. We park on west campus and during the walk across the footbridge/shuttle back to west campus there was a lot of JT conversation.

For the first time I got to sing Carmen Ohio at with the band after a victory against M*ch*g*n. I got to hear the Victory Bell ring. I don't care about the national perception. I don't care about the playoff picture. I don't care about the opinions of anybody thinks they should have won more comfortably.

The Buckeyes have won 12 of the last 14 in this series. The only other time I attended The Game before today was in 2000, the year before this unprecedented run began. Today was special day for me. It always is when the Buckeyes beat that team up north. I got to see it in person. I'm going to savor it.

Sine Jim Tressel took over as head coach in 2001, Ohio State is 12-1 against Michigan in games where Ohio State was not coached by an interim coach (i.e., throwing out the 2011 loss because Fickell was interim).
