The Best One Loss Teams

1. Florida (Kinda plays down to their competition. And completely played the second half of the Auburn game with their collective hands around their throat.)

2. USC (That defense is still good. It took 4 TOs and a punt return to beat them. I won't be suprised to see the Trojans 11-1. Probably in the Rose Bowl against Michigan. By the way, USC has lost 3 games since 2003 by a combined 9 points. Don't write this team off. The only thing is, I don't know how Pete Carroll is gonna do in close games. Maybe it's time to show some Pre-Belicheck Patriots Highlights. What's that? Oh, they're weren't any of those.)

3. Tennessee (If Danny Ainge's nephew is healthy.)

4. Texas (Are you kidding me? They were a terrible 4th Down call by Leech away from allowing Graham Harrell and the Red Raiders beat them with 519 yards through the air. The only thing keeping them up here for me is Colt McCoy. I don't know what it is, but McCoy has it. Texas fans have gotta love knowing Colt will be their QB for the next four years. Kinda like us and Laurinaitis.)

5. Auburn (Kenny Irons is a great player. Brandon Cox is not.)

Outside of Florida, not a single team on that list that can take us down. And Florida isn't really even that scary, Chris Leak has shit the bed
countless times.

I guess I am in the minority on this but I think Tennessee is the best one loss team in the country...they were up on Florida by 10 in the second half but let it slip away...they are a team that is good now but will be very good next year

I don't hold out much hope for UF for matching OSU. If that were the matchup for the Nat'l Championship(and I really think it could be), UF would get worked on the field like it was 1995 again.

62-24 may be not so far of a memory come January.

Auburn
UF
UTenn.
UTexas
USC
