ah, the golden girls.
I can say it's one of those things that i remember from being a little girl, going to games in tiger stadium telling my daddy that one day i wanted to do that. i wonder what he was thinking when i told him this?

anyway;
the "synchronized arm swinging" gets a tad annoying, but like you say -- it's tradtion and not supposed to be touched.
however, at half time they become more of a dance team.
for he louisiana tech game (which was a veterans day half time show) the girls were dressed in red, white, and blue.
it's nice; except when you have a boyfriend drooling nex to you.

so all i can do is make comments about how i think Colt David is the cutest thing ever.

Oh, I thought that it was a general performance due to it being inside on a more slippery surface.

I will take a look around at you tube. Maybe some more of the half time stuff is there. Lovely ladies and all, but just them standing around, only the arm swinging going on..not much of a show, really. No intentions of dissing the Golden ladies,it's just that when they were described as a "dance group" I sort of expected them to, well....move their legs. :wink2:
