How is she ripping off Tori Amos? This is a parody of the Black Eyed Peas; even the video is mocking Fergie. It's no different than Weird Al redoing the years' hits as a polka medley.

Perhaps taking her schtikt? I mean think about Tori's smells like teen spirit, or her first two albums, it's pretty much an identical style.

Actually she's just doing a parody of the NIN version. The Johnny Cash version is more up tempo.
