The 2020 College Football Season

8 games in 8 weeks is a tall task. I don't understand why they threw out the Oct 17th start date? They can be ready in 4 werks. 8 games in 9 weeks with a built in bye for everyone week 5 to allow for an outbreak on a team or re-schedule if needed sounded ideal given the circumstances.

It's an 8 + 1, so if they have to push things back a week they can drop the plus one. Still tight since they pissed away more than a month.

All it takes is one or two schools in the B1G to have an outbreak and the ntire thing goes up in smoke. They literally left no wiggle room for anything to go wrong. The players/coaches could have been ready in 4 weeks. This schedule is set up to fail. Should have started on time and tried to get as many in as possible. Love that we have B1G Football back but not optimistic we'll be seeing a full season with a champion crowned. Hope I'm wrong bc the Bucks should be a part of the CFP festivities if the season plays out.

Speaking of self important.

By starting on October 23rd, the B1G chose one of the few start dates that Boat Boy had not predicted. Every instance of him giving a time-frame, that time came and went with nothing to show for it. But this is not just a time-frame thing. This is a different type of season with a different start date than ANY of his predictions.

Like a rooster crowing when it sees the headlights of an approaching car at midnight; then taking credit for the sunrise hours later.
