Sure. I think Michigan is over ranked. I thought we gave up to too many yards against Indiana and we showed ourselves to be vulnerable with some of the underneath routes. I think we looked very lethargic against SMU and against Michigan state we were mediocre. Not sure where we should be ... but 4 is not it.

We will win tomorrow because:

1) Our pass defense can contain Haskins. We do play a lot of man to man which makes us vulnerable but I think our secondary are up for the deep ball. Pressure on Haskins will be key. I have worries about P Campbell with shorter passes though. He worries me. Slight advantage Ohio

2) Our rush defense can contain webber and Dobbins. We don’t allow alot of rushing yards. Brown is superb at making necessary adjustments. Ohio block very poorly in their run game. Advantage Michigan.


3 Our passing game - I like our tight end group - Gentry is tall - good hands and will get his yards. With a solid wide receiver group and tight end group against a young Ohio secondary - I think advantage Michigan.

4) Our rush Game - not brilliant - but effective. Patterson in zone read is very effective and I think Ohio line backers will struggle - Advantage Michigan.

Michigan 30 Ohio 17.

Let’s see what the new track brings. I respect the question and the spirit in which it was asked.

I appreciate the breakdown.

I think this game will come down to three things:
1. OSU has to contain Patterson if/when he scrambles. Our LBs haven't hard their heads in the game at all this year... Patterson could have a career day rushing and scrambling and gashing OSU.
2. TSUN's gonna have fits with Campbell underneath, and Haskins has a quick release... Campbell will have a career day, as well, gashing your secondary.
3. We expected that MSU would stuff Dobbins and Weber, but they didn't, so it seems that our offense has figured out how to open up running lanes in the last few games. But TSUN has a very stout line, so it's a toss up for me.

OSU 28 : TSUN 26

I don't think it's as big a mismatch as you think. Seems that all past performance goes out the window with this game.

bad arms don't stop you from cowardly stomping on a prone player after the snap. It does make the laughable "I didn't mean to do the thing I'm still doing" motion harder though.

They should squeal about revenge tours before they're finished (was there a late release date this year?). They should run their mouths about little brothers, that worked so well for the last immature 0-4 performer that ran his mouth.

Another 2017 season and the SCUM faithful were going to run Jimmy out of town and convert to tOSU fans. We have the same record, but by tOSU standards we already wrote this season off as a off year well before Purdue because tOSU's standard is to be the best in the country, not just among some of the best. That's the big difference between a second and first rate programs.

SCUM gets a whiff of success and forgets it has never even been in a B10 Championship game and hasn't won the B10 since Facebook launched. SCUM basically hasn't won the conference in the era of social media. Think about that. In that same time we've been conference champs 7 times, been to two championships, been to two of the 4 CFP, won the first ever CFP. Do you really think tOSU has an inferiority complex because SCUM fans think they will get their first B10 championship since the first season of Lost?

Let's put it this way... we could beat you by 50 and have it berth another CFP appearance and it still won't cause tOSU fans to break out into a spontaneous circle jerk of delusion because this season is not up to tOSU standards. But you weasels would still be patting yourselves on the back even if we boat raced you because your standards are so low that "we got close this time" is a reason to get cocky. Shit, you're getting cocky off of "we finally have chance because tOSU is below their normal level and we're playing better than our mediocre selves."

If SCUM manages to earn a B10 trophy everyone will know it is an outlier, because we've been flipping the coin for damn near the better part of 15 years and you're so overdue it's a little sad it hasn't happened already. If we take it home then it will just be considered par for the course.
