Thanks. I can put the change I see even from here into perspective. For years, I have driven down the street and seen people walking along the sidewalk wearing bloody TSUN jerseys and shirts.

In the last three days, I have seen two people walking along Camps Bay beach wearing Ohio State gear.

I saw a guy this morning wearing a Buckeyes tee-shirt and before I knew it, we were yelling "Go Buckeyes" to one another. A guy on the other street corner held up his finger to signal #1. OK, it's a major tourist area, but hey, we're in Africa!

I support Ohio State, win or lose, but geez, it's cool to be a Buckeye again and the class that the current football and basketball teams have shown is a good part of the reason why.

I love the way this team came together in the second half of the year. The great memories of this season will last a lifetime. I've replayed Ron Lewis' shot so many times it is burned in my brain. I couldn't be happier that we got to see you guys play the most games possible this season, even if the last one didn't turn out the way we wanted. It's been a wonderful ride you've given us and, regardless of your future endeavors, you will always be Buckeyes and most here will always root for your success. Thank you 2006-7 Buckeyes, and particularly Ron Lewis and Ivan Harris (and any others who may not be back next year - please stay ) for your careers here - it's been a blast!

I can't wait for next year - Go Bucks!
