I'd say either WVU over Maryland, Texas over Rice, or Arizona State over Colorado are the safest bets this week.

TT, had a tough time with UTEP! TCU should have a better defense than UTEP. But, can TCU keep scoring with TT? Also, for safe bets VT over Duke!
