I'd only watched the game a few times and was never much of a follower of the rivalry. A few years back, and when I say a "few years" it may be 10 or 15 years ago, I was watching the game and realized that they weren't in either of their home fields. Then I realized it was the Cotton Bowl, a lightbulb went off and I asked someone and it was confirmed, yes, they play at this very same fucking field every year

They changed it to "Rivalry" to appease people. I still call it the Shootout, and everyone else should too.

The Oklahoma offense that only managed 20 against a Cincy team that will struggle to get bowl eligible in a weak Big-12 scored 34 against Texas. I think this says something about the quality of Texas’ defense. I predict more losses, ESPN game predictor be damned.
