Nevermind. I changed answers by trial and error (maybe the same way the rest of you did).

(A) When traffic control signals are not in place, not in operation, or are not clearly assigning the right-of-way, the driver of a vehicle, trackless trolley, or streetcar shall yield the right of way, slowing down or stopping if need be to so yield or if required by section 4511.132 of the Revised Code, to a pedestrian crossing the roadway within a crosswalk when the pedestrian is upon the half of the roadway upon which the vehicle is traveling, or when the pedestrian is approaching so closely from the opposite half of the roadway as to be in danger.
(B) No pedestrian shall suddenly leave a curb or other place of safety and walk or run into the path of a vehicle, trackless trolley, or streetcar which is so close as to constitute an immediate hazard.
(C) Division (A) of this section does not apply under the conditions stated in division (B) of section 4511.48 of the Revised Code.

The law states that a safe distance should be provided according to conditions. Per the two second rule of thumb (taught by Dad and observed by most non-morons), this results in a clear distance of 118 ft. at 40 mph. The answer is 8 car lengths, not 4. Most cars are longer than 10' (unless you live in blonde land where the quiz creator drives around in her malibu barbie dream car).
For a frame of reference, a typical parking space is 20' long.

This is an ambiguous question. Common courtesy dictates that one doesn't enter an intersection if congestion prohibits making it all the way through. Otherwise, you can enter an intersection on green. If the signal indication changes while you are waiting to turn left, you must clear the intersection when it is safe to do so.

Someone should bitch-slap the blonde that put this dumbass quiz together. No wonder so many people don't have a clue as to the traffic rules when BS such as this is put out as "fact".

Grr. At least I have my Christmas presents wrapped so I have time to vent about goofy shit like this. :)

IMO, a good score would be 5/10 to 7/10. A perfect score means at least 4 questions were not correct.

As for boring DMV laws, 'boring' is in the mind of the beholder. Some people do 'boring' shit for a living and love it!
