Test: Are you a good driver

You get to an intersection with a flashing red light. You should:
  • Yield
  • Proceed through the intersection
  • Stop

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the correct answer to this is to stop. I was taught (in driver's ed) that a flashing red light is the same as a stop sign, while a flashing yellow light means to yield to traffic. I put that it means to stop, and they marked it wrong.

Flashing yellow means caution. You would have the right of way crossing that intersection. But yes, a flashing red light means stop.
