I mean we shouldn’t let our imaginations run away with us though.

It’s not like we’ve ever seen deadly viruses get out of a lab, nor have we any documented cases of AI agents breaking contain or going rogue.

If we had actually ever seen either of those things happen, this might concern me.

As is, I can sleep well at night. Our government is always watching out for us and scientists are smart people. I trust them. This is fine.
