TE J.T. Moore (Official Thread)

Wow, tragic ending, but best wishes to J. T.

Tragic? A guy who had 10 tackles and one TFL in 31 games? If this had happened at Alabama, we'd all be outraged.

But that's the ultra-competitive world of college football for you. Best of luck to J.T. in his new career in investments.

Nothing "tragic" here, nobody plays football all their life. He's just moving into the "real world" one football season earlier than we had hoped. And Yeah, best of luck in your investment career.

Tragic is an exaggeration as is this.

JT had 4 years at OSU and his departure does not affect the scholarship situation as they were already at 82.

Bama gets reamed because they have to trim ten guys per year many years, like the recent tweet of their recruiting board of 33 spots (iirc)

No doubt that we can be hypocritical and employ convenient ethics at times when it comes to our teams, but this seems like a poor place to make that point.

Chronic knee injuries? I call it tragic.

I ass/u/me here that J.T. Moore can still walk, run, and do all the normal activities. I'll guess that many former college and pro football players have residual aches/pains later in life due to injuries suffered on the football field. Now I do consider Tyson Gentry's injury "tragic":

Not so fast my friend...

TheOzone.net

Reports from both Bucknuts and Eleven Warriors came out on Thursday, stating that OSU reserve tight end J.T. Moore was leaving the football team due to injury and that he was ending his college career.

Following those reports, however, Ohio State told The-Ozone that despite the injury, Moore still wants to play this season and that he is still a part of the OSU football team.

Former Ohio State Football Player's Mother Missing

COLUMBUS, Ohio - She had just watched her son graduate from OSU, and had holiday plans with her family.

But this Christmas she's nowhere to be found.

Family of 44-year-old Claudette "Cookie" Moore are desperate for answers this holiday.

They say no one has seen or heard from her since she went for a walk near campus two days ago.

Here's to finding JT's mom safe and sound
