Reminds me of one day I was at the Maynard Carry Out back in College.. must have been around 1992... anyway... I'm there buying smokes and a woman tried to sell me her daughter for 12 bucks. Needless to say, I rejected the offer. A Crack whore's kids aren't really hot... and even less so when they're like... 8.

What's funny about that is our bandwidth usage was so low back then that what she was doing was actually sort of a big deal. We were getting it for free, and I was doing everything I could to stay under the radar to keep it that way. These days, hitting around 6Mbps and moving over half a terrabyte a month -- I wouldn't even be able to tell someone was doing it unless they were posing to Slashdot or something.
