That is what came to mind for me, too. I don't know how feasible something like that would be in actuality.

The novel was written by the same fellow who penned Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, and Red Dragon.

why is this a surprise? I was in Australia in November and the NFL scores were listed on a small box in the Sydney paper with no mention in article form. If Sydney could care less, why would any other city in Australia...or the rest of Asia...or Africa...or Europe?

Residents of South America and Antarctica are feeling left out.

And if the question about a surprise is directed at me, I don't believe anything in my post indicated surprise. I was just stating what was in SI.
