I get what you're saying, but it doesn't go far enough. That call shouldn't have been about how you'd rather lose. Barring a fumbled exchange or giving up a huge return on the ensuing kickoff, they just plain weren't going to lose if they give Lynch the ball. He's the best yards-after-contact guy in the NFL and the most physical runner of his generation. Even if he gets hit in the backfield he has a pretty good chance of geting to the endzone.

When you are shithouse rat crazy enough to call a play with 6 seconds left instead of taking the FG and are rewarded for such idiocy then you deserve to make a call like that and have it fail so spectacularly

Still....make them lose like that, then crash the NE plane on the way home and I'll be good.
