Of course its just helmet and shorts but things I noticed:
- Mewhort was playing guard in the pass rush drills and he looked good
- Marcus Hall is an imposing figure
- John Simon was having his way in the pass rush drills
- Corey Brown was showing some real nice footwork
- Rolle always seems to go 100% on every rep, same for Dorian Bell...Bell looks physically impressive and can move
- Quote from Heacock that embodies my sentiment exactly "You're only as good as your defensive line, you have to have a dominant defensive line. The better teams we have had have had dominant defensive lines and we're going to need that to be succesful this year."
- Cordle was playing RT and got burned pretty bad by Nate Williams on one play
- Carter looks pretty smooth out there
- Great broadcast, I really enjoyed it

Miller looked pretty nimble at LT in this video. They showed this same drill on the BTN show.

Other impressions from the BTN show:

Austin Spitler looks quicker than I expected. He is talked about like he is the slow run stuffer, but he looks like he might be a decent blitzer too. He also looks to be in great shape. He has veins in his arms that show through long sleeves.

Coleman is another guy who is looking yoked. His arms look much bigger than I remember them from last year.

Duron Carter is incredibly athletic for a kid that skinny.

Rolle looks like he might add to the legend of 36.

It was a 2 hour session bouncing between (vanilla) practice clips and interviews with staff members. I'm not sure where you can watch it in its entirety. Do you have a friend with DirecTV? It will surely re-air a million times, and they could record it for you (it may also be available on demand).

All these LB's are about the same in the 40 and shuttle times. Some like to put that stuff out there but it's not true.

Was going to post this last night after watching the practice on BTN.

Berry looked awesome catching the ball out of the backfield. He has great hands and turns the ball upfield FAST. Once downfield I saw him make some nice moves.

Unfortunately, it looks like I missed the last airing (which was earlier today when I was at work based off of the Big Ten Networks schedule).

Any chance somebody recorded it? I know it's only a practice session but I'm really interested in the clips with Berry, Bell, and Carter.
