My buddies say Chevelle - wish I would have been able to..

I'll be at the Live/BT/Collective Soul concert with the lady.. plan on going to see Phil Lesh, Dave Matthews, Snoop Dogg & 311, and Tom Petty this summer

If I'm not mistaken, Dave plays the same day as the Live/BT/Collective Soul show here in Columbus.... it sucks 'cause I'd like to see Dave also.

I'd love to see Tom Petty in Cincy when he plays, but I probably wont make it.

We just saw Tom Petty & Steve Winwood last night at Pittsburgh Post Gazette Pavillion. It was extremely awesome,I am still trying to recover here at home.
Some guy driving by had extra VIP passes & gave them to us,they were the real deal too.
I had way too much fun,but it was worth it. I am just a little tired today.

No concerts lined up yet for the summer but I did go to the Chevelle show at the newport in march. They fucking rocked that joint. I love their music and their live performance rocks

Gonna try to make it to Lollapalooza in early August for the third year in a row. This year looks pretty good with Radiohead, NIN, Rage Against The Machine, Kayne West, Wilco, The Raconteurs headlining among others. Love the atmosphere there...it's in Grant Park, downtown Chicago right on the lake. However, grad school might interfere with the trip..

If I can't make it I'll prob check out the We Are Scientists show in Columbus on Aug. 1st. And there's also the Black Keys show in October that some have already mentioned.

Ok... I must be missing out. A lot of you have mentioned the Black Keys. I've never heard of them. Or maybe I have and just didn't realize it.

They are from Akron

They are a blues/garage rock 2 person band. You should definitely check them out if that is your type of music.
