I've Got Laurinaitis!
I am playing football next year at my high school, I am going to be a senior. I am currently 6'0 and 190 pounds. Except I still have some stomach fat I would like to lose. I am not having a tough time gaining muscle, but the fat just won't go away, even if I run everyday. Does anyone have any suggestions or anything? It would be greatly appreciated.
