I feel compelled to share my signature Subway sub.

Chicken breast (must be microwaved - if it's in a hot pan or [god forbid] in water, don't bother) on wheat (yes, regular wheat bread) with pepper jack cheese. Easy on the lettuce, heavy on the green peppers. Tomato, ground pepper, and two passes of ordinary mayonnaise.

Don't say I never did nothin' for ya.

my sub of choice:

italian BMT on parmesan oregano bread. any kind of cheese. lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapenos, parmesan cheese, egg, salt and pepper, vinegar and oil.

i get some strange looks on the egg but damn does it do the sub right. it is like having a salad on top of your sandwich.

Subway is awesome (steak sub w/peppers & onions and lots of A1), but I've recently discovered Quiznos. It rules! Anybody ever had that? The best is their Italian, or a chicken w/bacon, honey mustard, onions & lettuce.

I like McDonald's straws, because they're bigger around than most. If you're really thirsty, they're the best.
