It's hard to imagine anyone thinking this team could win more than 5 games this year

On that punt, how was there no roughing the kicker...even though he dropped the ball, he still got the kick off, w/o it being blocked, and got absolutely hammered after the ball left his foot?

Shouldn't there have been a roughing the kicker penalty?
