Upon his abrupt retirement from the NFL back in 2019, the question immediately began to be asked: Will Andrew Luck ever play football again?
Though he never did return to the field—despite an attempt from Frank Reich, the then-Indianapolis Colts coach, to lure him back—Luck is now serving as general manager for the Stanford Cardinal football team and scratching the itch in a different way.
In a video shared by Stanford on 247Sports on X (formerly Twitter), Luck could be seen playing scout team quarterback during a Stanford spring ball practice. Check it out:

Just sayin': I would think that the Stanford coaches would want to give an actual QB on the team the "reps". I guess it was just a publicity stunt.
I forgot. What conference is Stanford in these days ?Was going to mention that with all the Venture Capitalists from Stanford that have made millions, apparently none were athletes, else Stanford would field 11 5*s on each side of the ball, then Brody's above missive shot down that opinion. Believe Stanford has an endowment in the Harvard/Yale range, yet football has become the doormat of their athletic endeavors. Their sports programs are #2 nationwide (in number) to only The Ohio State University, but are better to a degree that gives them title to Director's Cup more often than not. Do believe that football is the worst team fielded. Anyway, $50M is some serious money, and expect them to take a place in the bidding for some excellent West Coast players.
Along with their cross-bay rival Cal, Tree is one of the two best ACC teams west of the Mississippi.I forgot. What conference is Stanford in these days ?
Erm, forgot SMU is also ACC.Along with their cross-bay rival Cal, Tree is one of the two best ACC teams west of the Rocky Mountains.
